Casi Bournival
Co-Founder of Chaos Counseling, Cassandra has been working in the counseling profession since 2019.
Cassandra is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and Supervisor in the state of Oklahoma, and Certified Extraordinary Adlerian Play Therapist.

Cassandra takes great pleasure in collaborating with parents and children in order to cultivate the essential confidence and abilities required to effectively address demanding behaviors and familial challenges. Additionally, she provides assistance to adults seeking self-improvement, coping with trauma, managing ADHD, and grappling with anxiety. In her therapeutic practice, Cassandra implements interventions that encompass mindfulness, art, sandtray, and play therapy. It is worth noting that she follows an Adlerian model in her therapy, which prioritizes an individual's sense of belonging, fosters creativity, acknowledges the goal-oriented nature of all behavior, and recognizes the unique identity of each person. Furthermore, Cassandra is committed to offering affirming therapy and acting as an ally to the LGBTQ+ and Neurospicy communities.

Cassandra also provides Play Attention services and FOCUS assessments. Play Attention is an alternative approach for supporting individuals with ADHD by enhancing executive function, promoting self-regulation, and facilitating behavioral changes. Utilizing technology inspired by NASA, Play Attention assists the brain in establishing new neural pathways.
The FOCUS assessment is a 30-minute computer-based evaluation designed to pinpoint areas of difficulty in maintaining focus, whether it be auditory, visual, or a combination of both. This assessment helps streamline the identification process by determining where your attention is drawn or what may distract you from focusing effectively.
